How to make a Return?
Returns are free of charge.
Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail. The return must be sent to us within 15 days from the date you received your parcel.
You can easily return items by following these steps :
- Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your return online here. All you need is your order number & your registered email address and you can arrange a collection of your return.
- Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork in your parcel.
- A courier from the carrier partner will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.
If you have received your order in two separate packages and need to make a return you can proceed in the same way by requesting a return digitally through our website.
Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please call us on +91 7665056777 or send us an email on care@clawear.com.
